Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has informed his club that he wants to sign Paul Pogba according to Mundo Deportivo. Zidane is determined on bringing the Frenchman to the Bernabeu and has told the club he will not accept any alternative.
The French manager was offered alternatives in the form of Spurs’ Christian Eriksen and Ajax’s Van De Beek. But, he has rejected them both and only wants Paul Pogba.
Zidane is determined to bring the World Cup winner at all costs to bolster his midfield. He is even prepared to continue with his current set of players if Pogba does not arrive this summer.
Real Madrid’s chiefs are now working on the deal and will try to appease their manger by granting him his wish of Paul Pogba. But they are not willing to go overboard for him.
United want to keep hold of their prized asset and have set an exorbitant €200 million price tag on him. A figure which the Los Blancos do not intend to reach.
