PSG have offered Neymar to Manchester United according to reports in Mundo Deportivo. The Ligue 1 side are ready to let go of the Brazilian this summer but are unwilling to let him join Barcelona unless they match the asking price.

Reports suggest the Catalan side made a €40 million plus Philippe Coutinho and Ousmane Dembele bid for Neymar. However, PSG have rejected the bid and reports in France suggest it was Ivan Rakitic and not Dembele used in the bid.
PSG are reportedly asking for €300 million for Neymar but Barcelona do not have enough money to match it. The Spanish side have just spent big on getting Antoine Griezmann and Frenkie De Jong and thus, have very little to spend.
Manchester United are in the financial state to afford Neymar but it will be interesting to see if they take the risk. While Neymar would improve the team and also help in making them title contenders again, he isn’t the type of player Ole Gunnar Solskjær would want in his side.
Apart from United, Bayern Munich and Real Madrid were also offered the wantaway star but both sides rejected him. Los Blancos have just signed Eden Hazard while the Bundesliga side are not keen on Neymar.

While Neymar has made it clear that he wants to leave PSG, it will be a bad move for them to offer him to other clubs. Barcelona are the only side he wants to join and they are the only club who have shown interest as well.
