Inter Milan eyeing big move for Manchester United star

With Lautaro Martinez’s departure appearing imminent as the days go, Inter Milan are preparing to sign Manchester United winger Anthony Martial, according to Gazzetta Dello Sport.

Having raided the Red Devils previously for Romelu Lukaku, they believe a new home could revive Martial’s goal-scoring touch as well, as he seems increasingly displeased of late at Old Trafford.

Martinez has struck the purplest of patches this season, blossoming in Antonio Conte’s system alongside Romelu Lukaku with 16 goals from 31 outings.

He has been the subject of immense speculation suggesting a move to Barcelona, and with Inter set to lose their star forward, they have been on the lookout for alternatives in the transfer market.

They signed Lukaku this summer, in turn orchestrating a resurrection of the striker’s career. Martial has struggled to get on the end of chances this season as often as he’d have liked, turning Inter into possible rescuers again.

While there’s no price attached to him just as yet, it also remains unclear whether United would want to let go off the Frenchman.
