Tiémoué Bakayoko was held at gunpoint by cops in Milan over the weekend. The Chelsea midfielder is on loan at AC Milan and was reportedly mistaken for someone else.
Tancredi Palmeri reports that the cops did not know who the Frenchman was and got him out of his car. The incident took place downtown and in daylight.
The video shows the midfielder up against the police car being frisked while another cop held her gun to someone inside the player’s car. Manu Heredia claims the Frenchman was forced out of his car before the video was recorded.
The Chelsea loanee was let go immediately after another cop realized they had caught the wrong person.
Bakayoko’s future is in the balance as reports suggest AC Milan are looking to cut short his loan after signing him on a 2-year loan deal last summer.
Valencia, who are managed by former AC Milan manager Gattuso, are said to be interested in him signing him.
